$\Pr (1stCoke\text{ }and\text{ }2nd\text{ }not\text{ }coke)=\frac{8}{24}\times \left( 1-\frac{8}{24} \right)=\frac{8}{24}\times \frac{16}{24}=\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{2}{3}=\frac{2}{9}$
